Our products

Two coconut-based ingredients for food and beverage manufacturers.

Laboratory balance with a coconut sugar sample

Product 1

Organic coconut sugar

Fine, light caramel-coloured granules with a natural caramel taste. Made only from coconut flower sap, with nothing else added.

  • Fine granules for retail packs and bakery
  • Extra-fine granules for beverages and dry mixes
  • Packed in kraft paper bags with a food-grade inner liner

Granule sizes

Mesh 14 and mesh 50

The mesh number describes the sieve, not the quality. We supply coconut sugar in two granule sizes:

  • Mesh 14: fine, sandy granules that look good in retail packs and work well in bakery and with fats
  • Mesh 50: extra-fine, almost powder-like granules that dissolve fast in beverages and blend evenly into dry mixes

Product 2

Coconut-Based Sweetener

A clean white powdered sweetener derived from coconut. Where coconut sugar brings natural caramel-brown granules, this sweetener is designed for applications that need a neutral colour, consistent performance and precise dosing.

  • Beverages and bakery mixes
  • Cereals, snacks and confectionery
  • Sauces

How coconut sugar is made

1. Tapping

Farmers slice the tip of the coconut flower and collect the sap in bamboo containers.

2. Cooking

The fresh sap is cooked the same day until it becomes a thick syrup.

3. Crystallising

The syrup is stirred as it cools, then sieved into fine granules.
